Terms and conditions

Article 1 - Booking:

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it by a valid bank card on the starting date of the stay.

Article 2 - Cancellation by the customer :

a) In the event of cancellation or modification up to 48 hours before the arrival date, no charges will be debited.

b) In the event of late cancellation or modification or no-show, the owner will require :

- The full amount for stays of 1 night

- 30% of the total amount for stays of 2 nights or more.

c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of the stay will be withheld by the hotel owner.

Article 3 - Arrival and departure:

The customer is welcomed on the specified day from 12.00 noon or earlier depending on availability. In the event of late arrival, the customer must inform the establishment. The room must be vacated by 10.30am at the latest on the day of departure.

Article 4 - Payment :

 Payment at the hotel by : Cash, credit card or cheque

 We do not accept American Express

Article 5 - tourist tax :

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner, who then passes it on to the local authority.

Article 6 - Use of the facilities:

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the accommodation and use it in accordance with its intended purpose. They undertake to return the accommodation in good condition. The establishment is non-smoking. Any customer smoking on the premises will be charged a cleaning fee of €60.

Article 7 - Capacity :

Reservations are made for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the hotel is free to refuse additional guests. Under no circumstances may this refusal be considered as a modification or cancellation of the contract at the hotel's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of guests than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains the property of the hotel owner.
